Baked Boneless Pork Chops



Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1/2 cup minced green pepper
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cup milk
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Mix 1/4 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Flour the chops, then brown in skillet with butter.

Place in shallow baking dish. Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms to skillet.

Stir in remaining flour, blend in milk. Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened.

Stir in lemon juice. Pour over chops and cover. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
